What is PEG and would classes with PEG be the right fit for me?

Parent Engagement Guidance (PEG) is a family-centered coaching program that helps parents and caregivers support their child’s development in ways that feel natural. Classes with PEG are a good fit if you’re looking for guidance that empowers you to confidently implement strategies that support your child’s growth—woven naturally into your daily routines. That way, progress feels both achievable and sustainable.

As your coach, I’ll guide you through practical techniques that help your child thrive. Whether you’re a new parent navigating milestones, or a parent seeking support with developmental delays, picky eating, or challenging routines, I’ll provide evidence-based strategies tailored to your family.

In addition, I’ll help you understand how and when to collaborate effectively with other professionals when needed—such as physical, occupational, or speech therapists—so your child receives well-rounded, coordinated support.

About Me

Nice to meet you! I’m Nicole Baldauf, M.S., CCC-SLP, and I’m the founder of Parent Engagement Guidance (PEG). I earned my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through a variety of roles.

My passion for parent coaching grew during the pandemic, when services shifted online. I saw how empowering it was for parents to take the lead in implementing strategies and children often made greater progress when families felt confident and supported.

At the same time, I also saw how many families were turned away from traditional services, even though they still needed support. That gap inspired me to create PEG: a way for any parent to access coaching that helps them feel empowered in supporting their child’s development.

PEG offers parent coaching classes focused on equipping parents with strategies that are woven naturally into daily routines, so progress feels achievable without adding stress.

My mission is to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support your child’s development in a way that fits naturally into your everyday life.
