At PEG, parents and caregivers are seen as their child’s most important teachers. Coaching provides:

  • Evidence-based techniques that reduce stress and build confidence.

  • Support across areas like communication, play, feeding, and routines.

  • Flexibility to include siblings or focus on specific challenges.

  • Guidance on how and when to collaborate with other professionals, if needed.

PEG might be right for you if…

  • Your child is between birth and 5 years old, or is still developing skills typically reached by age 5

  • You want strategies that feel practical and doable within your everyday routines.

  • You’re a new parent who wants guidance to help your child meet developmental milestones.

  • You’re navigating developmental delays, picky eating, or stressful routines and want support that reduces overwhelm.

  • You’d like clear, evidence-based strategies tailored to your child and family.

  • You want to feel confident in your role as your child’s first and most important teacher.

  • You value learning how (and when) to collaborate with other professionals for well-rounded support.

Class Structure

  • Duration: 45 minutes, held virtually.

  • Frequency: At least once weekly is recommended for best results., however recommendations can be made after your introductory call.

  • Flexibility: Session time can be shared between siblings or targeted to one child. Alternatively, siblings are welcome to join sessions as spectators or participants.

  • Between-Session Support: Light chat support for quick questions, with larger concerns saved for live sessions.
